Application Scenario & Requirements

Our use case involves wireless communication between UAVs (drones). However, the current wireless module has limited transmit power (23-25 dBm), so we require signal amplification ¶ and low-noise amplification (LNA).

Module Specifications:

  • Transmit Power: 25 dBm
  • Frequency Bands:
    • Band 1: 806–826 MHz
    • Band 2: 1427.9–1447.9 MHz

Design Goals:

  1. Achieve 2W (33 dBm) power amplification for the transmitter.
  2. Implement an LNA bypass design for the receiver.
  3. Request recommended chip models and EVB (Evaluation Board) reference designs.
