Does the ACT72350 support other configurations beyond 3-phase, e.g. is H-bridge or others supported?

Great question. The ACT72350 is designed to drive 6 FETs based on the commands of an external controller. This gives it great flexibility.
It can drive these 6 FETs as 3, 2, or 1 phase - to match the motor configuration (3/2/1 phase). It can drive the FETs in full bridge, half bridge configurations or drive the 6 FETs completely independent of each other. The phases can be put in parallel for higher current, higher power motors.
It can drive:
up to 3 1-phase motors
up to 2 2-phase motors and 1 1-phase motor
If one only driving a high side FET and the low side of the motor is a capacitor that the current is driven into … you have just doubled your possibilities … for example now you can drive 2 3-phase motors or 6 1-phase motors etc.
