I will be designing an SSPA with a 40-watt output operating between 27 and 31 GHz for my thesis. I am considering using the QPA2212T MMIC as a final power stage. Is this product suitable for this purpose, and if so, which component can I use as a driver to operate it? Could you give me some advice on this? Thank you.
