Z-Axis Values in Anchors

Hi,

We have places around 30 Anchors at a given height, but we have not put any Z-Axis values in any of the Anchors. Is it mandatory to put Z-Axis values to improve accuracy? Since distance from Anchor to Tag also varies if we change Z-Axis from 0 to any value?
