Thermal Data for DWM1001

Hello,

We are working on new product, where we are using DWM1001 Module.

Can i Please get the below thermal parameter data ,which is required for thermal simulation…!!

A. Junction to case resistance
B. Junction to ambient resistance
C. Junction to bottom resistance

Please send any document , or any data you are having in this !!!

Here you go. It will also be included in our next release of the DW1000 Datasheet.
