Hi…

Is there any way to adjust parameters of the accelerometer “wake up” function on a tag? Things like the amount of motion required to switch to the normal rate from the stationary rate and how long it transmits at the normal rate after motion is no longer detected. I have found that sometimes moving a tag does not register as motion and it will continue to transmit at the “stationary” value. Also moving at a consistent rate of speed (like on a tow motor driving for a long distance) will cause the tag to revert to the stationary transmit rate.

There is an API and a Shell command that allows users to adjust the sensitivity.
See the DWM1001 API Guide for details, look for ‘stnry_sensitivity’ api or ‘scs’ shell command.

I think the users would benefit from more sensitivity settings… especially in the more sensitive side.

Tracking very big and heavy things that are moved by cranes don’t generate acceleration spikes.
