Hello,

  1. The QPF5010 requires VC1 and VC2 to be biased to at 0 and -28 V and -28 V and 0V simultaneously, respectively. Please suggest a suitable part dual or quad switch part no. that can be used or recommended voltage biasing part no.
  2. Please share reference design for the QPF5010 implementation.

Qorvo has a GaN switch controller in development. It is single channel but can be used to control the SPDT in two QPF5010 FEMs. Please contact appsupport@qorvo.com for further information on this controller, other bias MMICs in development, and QPF5010 reference designs.
