Hereunder some answers to your question :
Regarding the Bias kick:
You’re right, the bit8 is for the BIAS_KICK and will be updated in the next UserManual version.
In fact, the kick will actually not kick all bits, so we are writing the missing bits also in this part of the code
Regarding the RX-CTRL
The value programmed in your version of the API into RX_CTRL is actually the register default value. This register will be removed from the UserManual as the default value is now used.
Regarding Dtune3
Do not change these values, this are optimal values for the threshold, just follow the reference implementation
Regarding the LDO_ctrl
The LDO CTRL is used to manually enable internal blocks, in normal operation LDOs are controlled automatically, but in some test/calibration modes they need to be enabled manually. Please use the APIs provided when running those modes
Regarding the TX_ANT/RX_ANT
The antenna delay has to be calibrated, you can follow the app notes on the website (Application Notes - Decawave → APS014 : Antenna Delay Calibration), on the DW3000 the same value can be applied on both.
