Does anyone know if there any LNA Evaluation PCBs available for the DWM1000?

Do you mean LNAs for the DW1000 IC or the DWM1000 module specifically?

The Infineon BGB707L7 is a popular choice of LNA for use with the DW1000. You need to include a pair of RF switches so that you can bypass the LNA in transmit mode. Application note APS004 covers this.
