Is data communication or packet communication possible between DWM1000 chipsets?

Hello.
I used Arduino and dwm1000 chipsets.
We are going to implement triangulation using TDOA or TOF distance measurements. But is there a way to implement data communication between UWB chipsets? And can I use the DWM1000 chipset to obtain RSSI values?

Yes, you can transmit up to 127 bytes in a frame, or 1024 with Decawave extensions.
