Hi @joelk18 , You can take a look at this application note. It will help you to understand how different uwb configuration may affect the range. Maximizing Range in DW1000-Based Systems (Application Note APS017) The easiest thing to do is to increase the transmit power. But you may exceed the FCC regulation (< -41.3 dBm / MHz) If you change uwb configuration, you may also need to change the timings in the TWR when your frames become longer in duration.
