I am designing a module using DW3000 UWB IC. I am trying to apply QM14068 LNA, QM14070 Power Amp recommended in the datasheet for long-distance transmission, but I cannot find a way to purchase the parts on the Internet site. If the parts are discontinued, please recommend a usable replacement part.
