I think you cannot call directly the DWT drivers inside the CLI application. The UWB Fira stack library hold the driver. I think you have a usage conflict both your code and the fira library use the driver. Likely the fira library undo what you did.
You need to find out the correct call from the helpers to retrieve the CIR.
