How do I get hold of a PDoA kit

I’m a total newbie here, so please bear with me.

At this point, all I’m looking for is a PDoA dev/eval kit.

Any idea how I can get my hands on one?

The correct product ID would do wonders for me 8-).

I live in Canada, so my access to distributors isn’t wonderful.
