I have a raspberry pi 4 model B and I was trying to set it up using the Decawave raspbian image. I have followed the instructions on pages 15-17 in the ‘PANS: Gateway Quick Deployment Guide’. However, the raspbery pi doesn’t seem to be connecting to the wifi and I am not able to find its IP address (either using the recommended PC software or using other android ip scanner apps).
I am using my SamsungS7 as a wifi router and its hotspot ssid and password is what I put in the wpa_supplicant.conf file. Does that have anything to do with the problem I am facing?
Also, does the pi have to be connected to wifi for us to find its IP address?
