eCos vs Mynewt OS

Greetings

As in one of the documents, I found dwm1001 has eCos OS. I also found about it’s support for mynewt OS . So, I am confused about it. Which OS is on dwm1001? Kindly clarify with some more explanation on it.

The OS that is used in PANS is eCos.

The DWM1001C will support many OS’s including Mynewt, FreeRTOS, Zephyr and more…

I want to know in case of some github support on decawave github page, there are examples using Mynewt, so in that case does DWM1001 works with Mynewt OS, is it right?
Also is there something important about Mynewt os with respect to eCos because all git hub support are based on Mynewt.
