Hi @Vishal_Ayaan , please make sure that you are issuing the SAVE command after using the SETAPP command. For example, your command sequence would be:
SETAPP RESPF -MULTI -PADDR=0 -ADDR=1
SAVE
<<Power Cycle Board>>
<<Should start as responder>>
