I am wondering if there is any guide to setup environment for a UART connection between the dwm1001-DEV and a local linux machine? The firmware user guide only shows how to do it with the given virtualbox image with preinstalled toolchains.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

We don’t have a guide but it should be fairly similar.
What is your platform ?
You may need to install he jlink unix driver corresponding to your architecture and then the device should be detected other USB.
Then you can use minicom to connect to it.
