DWM1001 module is not seen by the DRTLS APP

We have purchased the MDEK1001 product and have configured all the devices. Everything works correctly, except for an MDK1001C module that is not seen by the DRTLS APP.

We have tried:

  • Flashing the firmware. Following the instructions in “DWM1001 Firmware User Guide” and flashing the firmware (DWM1001_PANS_R2.1.hex) with Segger J-Flash Lite works correctly, but the App continues without detecting it.
  • Holding the reset button for a few seconds. It doesn’t solve the problem either.

The leds are:

  • red D20, and D11.
  • green D09
  • red and blinking: D13
  • off: D19 (no led installed), D10

could you try install nRF Connect android app and see if they scan for any DWxxxx devices?
