DWM1001 Gateway MQTT not working after install ROS

Hi, I had one Raspberry pi 3 connected with dwm1001 as a bridge. The Web Manager worked well before I installed ROS. After I followed this tutorial to build ROS in Raspberry pi,

the MQTT Broker seems not working and i couldn’t figure out why.

Hi,

can you please check your Kernel version and that the DWM Kernel Module is running using:

$ sudo uname -a
Linux rpi15 4.14.50-v7+ #1122 SMP Tue Jun 19 12:26:26 BST 2018 armv7l GNU/Linux

$ sudo lsmod | grep dwm
dwm 77824 4

$ sudo ls -la /dev/dwm0
crw------- 1 root root 200, 0 Sep 20 03:17 /dev/dwm0

I suspect that as you have done system upgrade, the kernel has been changed and is no longer compatible with the DWM Kernel Module in /lib/modules/4.14.50-v7+/dwm.ko

yes, the dwm.ko will not run on other version of kernel than
4.14.50-v7+ SMP mod_unload modversions ARMv7 p2v8

You can check that using

modinfo /lib/modules/4.14.50-v7+/dwm.ko
