I found a strange issue related to specifying the node voltage using a “net” name. As you can see below, specifying the node voltage of v(vs) is OK, but v(vs,vo) causes trouble. Both the waveform viewer and the “.meas” command fail.
I found that this is caused by using the same name for a net and a parameter. While I don’t like this kind of confusion, I sometimes accidentally use the same name for both, and unfortunately(?), LTspice still works, so I never noticed this issue before.
