Capcitors ignore the `M` parameter when `Vsat` is set

When I use the Vsat parameter in a capacitor the M parameter gets ignored and is always treated as 1.

Both Vsat and M work as expected when only one of both is declared for a specific capacitor component.

Is this a bug?
