What is the appropriate temperature for soldering the PCB board to solder the DW1000 using a reflow soldering machine. Will heating DW1000 be broken when heated at 200 degrees Celsius?
Oddly the DW1000 datasheet (at least the old copy I’ve got on hand) doesn’t give a reflow temperature profile.
But the datasheet for the DWM1000 does. Since DWM1000 module includes a DW1000 chip it seems safe to assume that the DW1000 will survive the profile given there.
The profile looks fairly standard for a Pb-free reflow, 10 seconds at 240 C, no more than 60 seconds over 220.
